Expert Maintenance Support in Nuclear Environments
A team of VONK specialists is performing day to day maintenance support at an Uranium Enrichment plant of one of our clients. Our team is certified by the authorities to work in a nuclear environment, they have both the knowledge of the drive systems delivered by VONK and the capabilities to handle the environment they are operating in.
The VONK team has created and continues updating the maintenance plans to allow non-stop continuous production of our client’s assets on the highest efficiency levels.
In case a failure would occur, our teams have been taught on training systems to be able to continue safe production in the fastest possible way, without losing the HSSE directions.
Integrated Power Solutions with Cost-Effective Deployment
VONK delivered many projects in which a combination of electrical transformers, MV switchgear, LV switchgear, UPS systems together with Control and Automation equipment was delivered. As indicated in the section about prefabricated buildings, these systems will be fully tested prior to shipment to the site location. For example, we delivered 14 substations combined with C&A equipment to Iraq. For this project we executed the commissioning after a local contractor had installed the cables. In this way the cost was reduced to a minimum, utilizing local available capabilities in combination with specialist experts to commission and startup the plant.
VONK performs commissioning and startup services for our projects with specialists who have combined capabilities in both electrical and automation disciplines, thus saving mobilization cost for our clients.
End-to-End Solutions for Asset Optimization
In our end-to-end contract, our clients identify an issue in their asset. They transfer the identified problem to the experts at VONK. The VONK experts investigate the situation, engineer the solution, procure the required materials, and implement the solution. They then hand over the working solution to the client. Having multi-disciplined and brand-independent engineers helps to identify the root cause of the issue and avoid trial-and-error behavior.
